When we thought of creating an idea that combines what we learned, during the lessons we thought of mashrabiya. The mashrabiya makes us feel that it is a traditional Arab sign, and it is considered one of the elements of traditional desert architecture in hot Arab countries. Its appearance began in the sixth century AH (thirteenth century AD) during the Abbasid era.It is also one of the characteristics that characterize Islamic architecture. With the passage of time, the mashrabiya developed into different styles and shapes. The mashrabiya was known to be used to reduce heat.However, there are deeper dimensions to its use, in addition to its physical effects, the mashrabiya provides privacy to the residents, while allowing them at the same time to look outside through it, and this is what inspired us to the idea of our  project.
